Connect your Instagram professional account
Connect an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator). You'll see the permissions for publishing, comments, messages and insights, each explained. A comment keyword or a story reply can open a private conversation; IGP one never sends cold messages. If access expires, we'll tell you and ask you to reconnect before anything is affected.

The conversation is the opportunity
Build a keyword response around the campaign’s invitation: ask for a menu, a product link or viewing details. The private response follows the supported Instagram trigger and messaging window. Story replies can enter the same workflow. New-follower messages depend on account eligibility and are not a universal promise.
Give the teammate the question, the campaign source and the relevant history. Add a stage or tag to keep track of what happens next. Outbound messaging follows consent and platform permissions.
Disconnect without losing control
See the health of each connection and disconnect in Settings, or revoke access with the provider. Automation that depends on it pauses immediately, and affected drafts are flagged.
