Cancellation and refund policy

How to cancel

Open Billing and choose Cancel renewal, then confirm. That's two clicks. You may see one optional question about why you are leaving and one offer on the same screen; you can ignore both.

You never need to call us, chat with anyone or send a letter. You can also cancel by emailing [email protected] from your account email address.

We confirm every cancellation by email, with the date your access ends.

What happens when you cancel

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Cancelling does not delete your account, your content or your data. You can come back, export your data, or delete your account in Settings whenever you choose.

Automations stop when your paid period ends.

Cancelling during the trial

If you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, you are not charged. For web trials, we email you 48 hours before the trial ends with the date and amount of the first charge.

If you started the trial in our iOS or Android app, cancel it in your store account settings at least 24 hours before it ends.

Monthly plans

Monthly fees are charged at the start of each month and are not refunded for partly used months, except where required by law or described on this page.

Annual plans

Annual plans are paid in advance for 12 months. We remind you by email between 15 and 45 days before each annual renewal.

If you forget to cancel before an annual renewal, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund that renewal in full.

Outside that window, annual fees are not refunded for unused months, except where required by law or described on this page.

Add-ons and credits

Recurring add-ons are cancelled the same way as your plan and stop at the end of the paid period.

One-time purchases, such as credit packs, can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of them have been used. Once used, they are non-refundable, except where required by law. Consumers in the EU and UK also have the withdrawal right below.

Our mistakes

If we charged you in error, charged you twice, or the Service was unavailable for a significant part of your billing period because of a problem on our side, we will refund the affected amount. Contact [email protected] with your invoice number.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email address with your invoice number or transaction reference. Never send full card details. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU and UK

IGP one is designed for businesses. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you sign up (the day your trial starts), without giving a reason. For an add-on bought on the web, the 14 days run from the day you buy it.

Because the Service starts immediately, at checkout we ask for your express request to start the Service during the withdrawal period, and for your acknowledgement that if you then withdraw, you pay for the service you received. We confirm this in the email we send after you subscribe. If you withdraw within 14 days, you do not pay for the trial, and we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the service you received before telling us (the paid days used, and any add-on credits or minutes used).

To withdraw, use the 'Withdraw from contract here' button in Billing, which is shown during the 14 days, or email [email protected] with any clear statement, for example: 'I withdraw from my contract for IGP one. Name, account email, date of sign-up.' You don't have to use this wording. We confirm receipt by email and refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method, at no cost to you.

If you subscribed in our iOS or Android app, ask Apple or Google to process the withdrawal. The store handles those refunds.

Consumers in Israel

If you are a consumer in Israel, you can cancel your subscription at any time, online in Billing, in the same way you signed up, or by email to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of your notice, and we stop charging you from that point.

You can also cancel a distance transaction within 14 days of the day you signed up or of receiving the transaction details in writing, whichever is later. We refund what you paid, minus the value of the service you actually used, within 14 days of your notice, and we don't charge a cancellation fee. These rights come from the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, and we apply them in your favour where they give you more than this policy.

Customers in the United States

We follow state automatic renewal laws, including California's: clear disclosure before you pay, your express consent to automatic renewal (given separately at checkout), an acknowledgement email, reminders before the trial ends and before annual renewals, a yearly reminder of your subscription terms, at least 30 days' notice before price changes, and easy online cancellation.

App Store and Google Play purchases

If you subscribed in our iOS or Android app, cancel in your store account settings (on iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions). Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies; we can't issue them. For Google Play purchases, you can request a refund from Google Play, and you can also contact us at [email protected]: in some cases we can refund Google Play purchases through Google.

Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We can usually fix it faster than a chargeback. If a chargeback is opened, we may pause the workspace while it is reviewed.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
