This page explains how to delete your data from IGP one, including the website, the web app and the IGP one apps for iOS and Android, provided by IGP Global Solutions FZ-LLC. You don't need the app installed to ask for deletion.
Cancelling is not deleting
Cancelling a subscription stops renewal but keeps your account and data, so you can come back. Deleting your account permanently removes your workspace. These are separate actions.
Export first
Before deleting, you can export your data from Settings in a common format such as JSON or CSV. Once deletion is complete, we can't recover it.
Delete your account in the app
Open Settings in the web app or in our iOS or Android app, choose Delete account and confirm. We may ask you to sign in again to verify it's you. If you have an active web subscription, deleting your account also cancels it. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in your store settings as well; deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
Only the workspace owner can delete a workspace.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or cancel a subscription.
Delete by email
Email [email protected] from your account email address and ask us to delete your account. We verify the request and confirm when it's done.
What we delete, and when
Your account, workspace, brand kit and brand memory, uploaded media, drafts, chat history (including transcripts of voice conversations), connected account tokens, Instagram data, leads, device push tokens and settings. We don't store voice recordings, so there are none to delete.
We start deletion right away, complete it within 30 days, and it leaves our rolling backups within a further 35 days.
We confirm deletion only once it's actually done.
What we keep
Invoices and payment records, for the period required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 7 years).
Security and audit logs, for up to 12 months, without your workspace content.
A record of your deletion request, to show we completed it.
Content you already published on Instagram stays on Instagram. Delete it there if you want it removed.
The free first result abuse-prevention record (a one-way hash of the email and IP address, with the website domain or Instagram handle) for 24 months after the free result was created, so the free result can't be claimed again. It can't be used to identify you directly and is never used for marketing.
Disconnecting Instagram
In IGP one: open Settings, go to Connections and disconnect Instagram. We delete the access token immediately and stop collecting data. Comments, messages, insights and leads received or captured through that connection are deleted within 30 days, unless you reconnect the same account within that time. You can export your leads before you disconnect.
In Instagram: open Settings, then Apps and websites (or Business integrations), and remove IGP one. Meta notifies us through its deauthorisation callback: we delete the access token immediately and delete the Instagram data we received for that account within 30 days.
You can also ask for your data to be deleted when you remove IGP one in Instagram. Meta sends us the request through its data deletion callback. We reply with a confirmation code and a link to a status page where you can check the progress of your request, and we delete the Instagram data we received for that account within 30 days.
Sign in with Google or Apple
Deleting your IGP one account removes the sign-in link on our side, and for Sign in with Apple we also revoke our access with Apple. You can also remove IGP one from your Google Account (Security, Third-party connections) or your Apple Account (Sign in with Apple settings).
If you contacted a business that uses IGP one
The business you messaged controls your data. Ask them to delete it. If you can't reach them, email [email protected] with the business's Instagram username and your own username, and we will pass on your request and help them act on it.
