Our commitment
IGP Global Solutions FZ-LLC designs and tests IGP one (igpone.com and app.igpone.com) to be usable by people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.
Standard we aim for
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This also covers the requirements of Israeli Standard IS 5568, the European standard EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act for our website and web app.
Status
The website and web app are partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. This means some content does not yet fully meet the standard. We are working to close the gaps listed below.
Our iOS and Android apps have the same target. They are new, and we will add their status to this statement once we have completed our assessment of them.
What we have done
Full keyboard navigation with visible focus.
Clear heading structure, landmarks and descriptive link and button labels.
Form fields with persistent labels and clear error messages.
Colour contrast that meets AA in light and dark themes.
Support for reduced motion, and animations that stop on their own within five seconds.
Button alternatives for every drag or swipe action.
Static fallbacks for 3D and animated visuals.
Responsive layouts that adapt to zoom and small screens, in eight languages, with full right-to-left layouts for Hebrew and Arabic.
Known limitations
Images and videos you or your customers upload, and AI-created visuals, may not have text alternatives unless you add them.
Charts in the weekly report may not yet have a complete text alternative for every data point.
Some third-party pages, such as Stripe Checkout and the Meta, Google and Apple sign-in screens, are outside our control.
Some complex screens, such as the content calendar, may be harder to use with a screen reader. We are improving them.
Voice mode relies on speech. Everything you can do in voice mode, you can also do by typing in chat.
How we test
We use automated accessibility checks during development, manual keyboard testing, and screen reader testing with NVDA and VoiceOver. This statement is based on a self-assessment.

This statement was prepared on 28 September 2026 and will be reviewed at least once a year and after major changes.
